We want you to love your purchase from Agora Home. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
